Fiber bundle filter is a gravity filtration technology with good structure and excellent performance. Using a new type of fiber bundle soft filler as the filter element, the diameter of the filter material can reach tens of micrometers or even a few micrometers. It is a micron level filtration technology (the sand filter is mm level), with large specific surface free energy (fiber bundle 0d surface area 50m2/m3, quartz sand d1000m2/m3) and small filtration resistance, which solves the problem that the filtration accuracy of granular filtration materials is limited by the particle size of filtration materials. The fiber bundle filtration material has a huge specific surface area and surface free energy, which increases the chances of contact between impurities in water and the filtration material, as well as the adsorption capacity of the filtration material, greatly improving the filtration efficiency and pollutant interception ability. Fiber filtration technology solves various problems in the filtration and cleaning process of fiber filtration materials, fully leveraging the advantages of fiber filtration materials and achieving ideal deep filtration effects. Solved problems such as low filtration speed, poor filtration accuracy, small pollution interception capacity, easy hardening of filtration materials, high self consumption of water, and short service life of filtration materials. To fully utilize the characteristics of fiber filter materials, a fiber density adjustment device is installed in the filter tank to adjust the density of fiber bundle filter materials according to the actual operating water quality and filtration requirements. When the fiber filter is running, the fiber density adjustment device controls a certain amount of filter layer compression, causing the porosity of the filter layer to gradually decrease along the water flow direction, the density to gradually increase, and the corresponding filter layer pore size to gradually decrease, achieving ideal deep filtration. When the filter layer reaches the sewage interception capacity, the fiber bundle filter material can be easily cleaned under the action of air water pulsation, restoring the filtration performance of the fiber bundle filter material. The pressure and relaxation process of the filter layer can be automatically achieved through hydraulic power, without the need for additional power.
