2. Working principle
The acid-base washing process utilizes irreversible chemical reactions between the odor components and the main components of the chemical solution, generating new odorless substances to achieve deodorization. Deodorization of odorous gases is carried out by washing them with acid and alkali through a washing tower. Usually, water washing can only remove odorous substances that are soluble or partially slightly soluble in water, such as ammonia; Acid washing can remove alkaline odors such as ammonia and amines; Alkali washing is suitable for removing odorous substances such as hydrogen sulfide and low-level fatty acids.
