(1) Equipment Introduction
The mobile exhaust gas adsorption device is a new generation of odor gas adsorption equipment developed by our company. It is a high-efficiency, economical, and practical organic waste gas filtration and adsorption device. This device has the advantages of high adsorption efficiency, convenient installation and movement, convenient filter replacement, and the ability to simultaneously handle various mixed waste gases.
The activated carbon filter element has a highly developed pore structure, which gives it a huge surface area and allows for full contact with gas (impurities), thus endowing it with unique adsorption performance, making it easy to achieve the purpose of adsorbing impurities. It can generate strong gravitational force to adsorb organic substances in the exhaust gas into the internal pores of activated carbon, and the purified clean gas can be discharged or further cracked and oxidized as needed. The activated carbon in this purification device is high-quality granular activated carbon, which has advantages such as high purification efficiency, good regeneration effect, safe operation, and long service life. The equipment has a compact structure, is easy to use, requires minimal daily maintenance operations, has a long service life of fillers, and is easy to replace.

(2) Equipment characteristics
① LED display screen: computerized control panel, displaying indoor temperature, online monitoring of changes in air quality in the laboratory and displaying ppm values (optional), real-time monitoring of changes in chemical concentration at the filter outlet and displaying ppm values (optional), high-precision probe measurement, displaying fan speed, etc. Users can set appropriate alarm points to improve laboratory safety level;
② Fan: Adjustable fan speed, 24V voltage, stable performance, ultra quiet, brushless motor, with a lifespan of up to 60000 hours;
③ Fan case: galvanized steel plate, combined with the fan to ensure stable fan performance;
④ Interface: Anti electromagnetic interference power cord;
⑤ Collection pipeline: The collection pipeline can be adjusted in multiple directions, facilitating the collection of waste gas at unfixed points;
