1. Equipment Overview
The integrated lifting pump station has the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, corrosion prevention, leakage prevention, and intelligence. Compared with traditional pumping stations, it has the least civil engineering, shorter manufacturing and installation cycles, and can reduce investment by more than half. This integrated pumping station is easy to install and of reliable quality, making it a substitute for traditional concrete sewage lifting pumping stations. The main body is a composite wrapped fiberglass cylinder, which is equipped with a submersible sewage pump, automatic coupling device, pipeline, valve, control system, ladder, maintenance platform, etc. According to user needs, a basket grille or a crushing grille can be added after the inlet pipeline. The cylinder is equipped with a fiberglass top cover, which is a complete set of equipment that integrates all equipment and instruments together.
