1. Equipment Overview
This machine is suitable for amplitude flow or vertical flow sedimentation tanks without central support piers（ Φ＜ 15m) of mechanical sludge discharge. This machine is equipped with a fixed platform spanning the pool, and its entire load acts on the center of the working bridge during operation. The sewage flows uniformly to the surrounding areas of the pool through the central guide tube. As the flow rate decreases, the suspended substances in the sewage settle at the bottom of the pool. The bottom scraper scrapes the settled sludge into the central mud pit and discharges it from the sludge pipe under hydrostatic pressure.

2. Equipment characteristics
Due to the use of central transmission and fixed platform support, this machine is simpler and lighter than the transmission mechanism; Save operating costs and facilitate maintenance and management;
According to specific requirements, an over torque protection mechanism can be equipped, which automatically alarms and shuts down when the torque value reaches the set value, ensuring safety and reliability.
