1. Equipment characteristics
The main body of the Jiluo sludge dewatering machine is a filtering device formed by stacking fixed rings and movable rings, and the spiral shaft runs through them.
After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dehydration section. During the process, as the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure is generated, and the volume continues to shrink, achieving the goal of sufficient dehydration.

2. Application scope
It can be widely used for sludge dewatering in various industries such as municipal sewage, food, beverage, slaughtering and breeding, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, papermaking, leather, pharmaceutical, etc. The unique dehydration principle makes the equipment suitable for high and low concentration sludge. Starting from 2000mg/L, it has set a precedent for direct dehydration of low concentration sludge.
