1. Equipment Overview
The dehydration process of the belt press filter can be divided into four stages: pre-treatment, gravity dehydration, wedge zone pre pressure dehydration, and press dehydration.
It has the advantages of large processing capacity, fast filtrate separation, high mud biscuit content, easy stripping, low sludge residue, high efficiency, high stability, excellent durability, no noise and vibration, and low electricity consumption.
2. Working principle
After being thoroughly mixed with the added flocculant, the sludge enters the sludge gravity dewatering zone of the belt filter press, and a large amount of water is removed by the gravity of the sludge itself. The gravity zone is equipped with a mud distribution device, which can evenly distribute the dirt on the filter belt, then enter the wedge-shaped pressing section between the upper and lower mesh belts for pre compression and dehydration, and finally enter the pressing area to form mud cakes.
3. Application scope
Widely used in urban sewage, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, brewing, food processing, coal washing, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, ceramic and other industries for sludge dewatering treatment, and also suitable for solid separation or liquid leaching processes in industrial production.
