Treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater

At present, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection, mineral enterprises are actively taking measures to treat cyanide-containing wastewater to ensure the discharge standards. However, some enterprises still have excessive emissions, which not only causes pollution to the environment, but also affects the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, it is particularly important to find a treatment technology of mine cyanide-containing wastewater with simpler operation, less investment and better treatment effect.
At present, the commonly used treatment methods of mine cyanide-containing wastewater mainly include chemical method, physical method and biological method. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages and plays an important role in practical application. However, each method has some limitations, such as unstable processing effect, complex operation and high cost. Therefore, it is necessary to further study and improve these methods in order to improve the treatment effect and economic benefit.
In recent years, the treatment technology of cyanide-containing wastewater has made some new progress. On the one hand, the research of traditional treatment methods has been in-depth, and the treatment effect and economy have been improved by optimizing process parameters and improving reaction conditions. For example, the combination of ozone oxidation method, catalytic oxidation method and biological treatment method, and the application of hydrogen peroxide oxidation method have provided new ideas and methods for the treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater.
On the other hand, some new treatment technologies have been gradually applied to the treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater. Photocatalytic degradation method uses photocatalyst to produce strong oxidizing substances under light conditions, and degrades cyanide into low-toxicity or non-toxic substances, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection. The gas-filled membrane absorption method realizes the recovery and reuse of cyanide through membrane separation technology, which has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and low energy consumption. In addition, natural ecological treatment methods such as constructed wetland method also show good application prospects, by simulating the purification process of natural ecosystem, to achieve effective treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater.
However, it is important to note that each treatment method has its scope and limitations. In practical application, the most suitable treatment method should be selected according to the nature of wastewater, treatment requirements and economic conditions. At the same time, it is also necessary to strengthen technological research and development and innovation, and promote the continuous progress and improvement of cyanide-containing wastewater treatment technology.
To sum up, the selection and application of mine cyanide-containing wastewater treatment technology is a complicated and important problem. Through in-depth research and improvement of traditional methods, as well as exploration and application of emerging technologies, we can expect to achieve more economical, efficient and environmentally friendly cyanide-containing wastewater treatment goals in the future, and make positive contributions to the sustainable development of mineral enterprises and environmental protection.
