Selection of pig farm wastewater treatment process

Pig farm sewage has typical "three high" characteristics, CODcr up to 3000~12000mg/l, ammonia nitrogen up to 800~2200mg/l, SS dozens of times exceeding the standard. At present, the treatment of wastewater from large-scale livestock and poultry breeding has aroused the great attention of pig farm owners and relevant departments, and it is urgent to take a series of prevention and control measures and choose economic and efficient treatment technology. With the national and some areas of the sewage discharge standards are increasingly updated, the problem of high-concentration pig wastewater discharge standards is more prominent. So how to treat pig farm sewage in general?
The combined stability pond of the main body of the anaerobic - aerobic combined stability pond process is designed to be an inverted tip cone, and three microbial reaction zones are set up from the bottom up, namely, the anaerobic reaction zone, the anaerobic reaction zone, the aerobic reaction zone and the algae growth zone.
Two: Acidification + high-speed filter + biological oxidation pond The method is to separate the solid and liquid of pig manure sewage by natural precipitation method, and the precipitated solid is adjusted moisture, added fertilizer components, and then composted. The liquid part is treated by a regulated acidification tank and two high-speed biological filters in series for anaerobic and aerobic biological treatment. For pig farm wastewater, it generally contains active agents that inhibit biological bacteria and are difficult to degrade. Therefore, it is proposed to adopt the gas flotation and biochemical treatment process to degrade and remove organic pollutants in sewage after multistage treatment. Two other examples of the process can also be considered: the sewage is removed by the grating of large particles and fibrous impurities and then flows into the regulating tank. Prevent the sedimentation of impurities.

7, the equipment can be set on the ground, can also be buried underground. When it is buried underground, the upper part can be used for greening, and the plant covers less area and less ground structures;
8, easy to complete automatic control, management, simple operation.
9, the equipment can be connected to the car to make mobile integrated sewage treatment equipment.
Installation, commissioning and maintenance The device can be installed in two modes, one is installed above the floor, the other is installed below the floor. The size specifications of the concrete bottom plate are the same as those of the plane installation diagram (basic) according to the installation diagram and foundation diagram. The average pressure of the foundation is required to be more than 5t/m2, and the foundation must be level, such as the equipment is installed below the floor, the relative elevation of the foundation floor is the same as the height of the equipment, and the width of the excavation around the foundation must be more than 500mm from the foundation side line to install the pipeline. According to the installation diagram, use the crane to lift the buried sewage treatment equipment into place, in place when the installation of our company will send technical personnel on-site guidance, can not put the position of the box, the direction of the wrong, the distance between each other must be accurate, install the equipment connection pipe. After installation, the equipment must be filled with water, the water test pipe mouth shall not leak, adjust the two secondary sink sinks on the same level line, further check to confirm that there is no wrong, before filling the equipment with soil in the surrounding gap, and leveling the ground, the control line of the electric control cabinet and the equipment connected, the electric control cabinet and the power supply connected, pay attention to the fan and motor steering when wiring. It must be in the same direction as it's pointing. Note: After the installation of the equipment, it must be ensured that there is no water in the rain, and the discharge pipe of the equipment must be below 0.6 meters relative to the floor; No heavy objects shall be placed above the equipment, and no large vehicles shall pass through; Equipment generally shall not evacuate internal sewage; To prevent groundwater from lifting the equipment. Our company will send technical personnel to the scene to guide, sewage pump according to the rated flow of sewage into the equipment, start the fan for aeration, observe the packing situation in the contact pool every day, such as the filler grows out of an orange or orange black film that has been cultivated a good biofilm, this process is generally 7-15 days, in order to speed up the growth of the biofilm, you can add bacteria. If it is industrial wastewater, it is best to cultivate the biofilm in a domestic sewage treatment plant first, and then gradually introduce industrial sewage for biofilm domestication. Equipment maintenance Buried integrated sewage treatment equipment must establish a set of regular maintenance system, the main wearing parts are fans and pumps, fan steering can not be reversed, such as into the sewage, must be cleaned, replace the oil before use, the fan must pay attention to whether the air gate is opened before starting, the fan must be maintained once every 10,000 hours. The pump must be maintained once every 5000-8000 hours to ensure the long-term normal operation of the system.
