What details should be paid attention to when designing environmental protection equipment (dust removal)

Author:

In the industrial production process, most workshops and factories produce varying degrees of dust pollution, such as chemical and pharmaceutical factories, food processing, metallurgy, casting, carbon materials, mechanical processing, building materials and other industries. Especially in pharmaceutical production lines, tablet presses, granulators, mixers, batching, mixing, vibrating screens, crushers, weighing, and traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment processes, it is required to remove dust and purify the air. For pharmaceutical factories, there will be dust removal of substances with different properties, and they should be divided and collected separately. For example, create a separate system for the dust collector in the toxic beverage workshop and separate it from the dust removal equipment in other workshops.
When designing and installing dust removal equipment, attention should be paid to the following points: 1. The air duct of the dust removal equipment should be laid vertically or obliquely as much as possible, and when laying obliquely, the dust removal equipment should be installed. Angle with the horizontal plane - greater than 45 degrees. If it is necessary to lay horizontally, a cleaning port should be set up to prevent dust from depositing in the air duct. 2. Choose the appropriate wind speed inside the dust removal equipment air duct. The wind speed inside the duct will affect the degree of wear and tear on the equipment and air duct. If the wind speed is too small, it will cause dust deposition and block the pipeline. In order to prevent dust deposition and blockage in the pipeline, the air velocity inside the pipeline should not be lower than the air velocity listed in the table below. 3. The air duct of the dust removal equipment requires good hydraulic balance. The dust removal equipment requires that the pressure loss difference between the two pipes should not exceed 10%, and the air volume of each pipe should meet the design requirements. 4. It is necessary to be aware of the emission requirements of the region, actively communicate with enterprises, inform in advance of possible problems, and negotiate solutions. 6. Engineers carefully measure data, design solutions, communicate with enterprises, and select the optimal solution.
